no you dont need it just make sure you have the sufficient funds, you need to pre book teh spray tan in advance and do a bit of research to find the best local spray tanner and what pproducts they use and if it is safe and you should be fine just dont go for too much darker then your skin tone otehrwise you will looks weird and dont go orange thats not a great look

The only reason you have to have parental permission with a tanning bed is because tanning beds have to potential to damage your skin and even cause skin cancer.





Spray tans, however, are completely safe...unless of course you have a wierd allergic reaction, but that could happen with any sort of chemical.

i'm almost a hundred percent sure you don't need your parent to be there, as long as you can pay they don't have a problem with it.
I don't think so i've had one once, but that was like a few years ago, and the rules might have changed.
