HAs any one ever used the spray tan? If so does it work and how long does it last?

I am talking about the kind you get done at the salon.HAs any one ever used the spray tan? If so does it work and how long does it last?
I own a salon and would like to give you a few pointers. Get a ';Spray on tan'; The ';Booth type'; arent as nice looking. Also exfoliate really really well the day you go todo it. Get it done at least 24 hrs. before your occasion. Use minimal deodorant ,it can create a barrier on your skin. Shave the legs and under arms. Some solutions require it to be 12 hrs. on the skin for best results. Everyone I have ever given a spray tan to have never complained. You may want to ask prior clients if they looked ';orange or streaky'; of course you shouldnt!!! Doing the spray tan an day or 2 ahead makes it look more natural. Use lotion everyday after and ntry not to shave too much and you should get 7-10 days out of it!! God luck.HAs any one ever used the spray tan? If so does it work and how long does it last?
i have done it and it was not a good time. i did the mystic tan and i smelled like cat pee cuz the reaction the stuff has with ur skin (which makes u tan) also makes u smell. it was orange and not even close to tan and it was very uneven. my feet were so orange it looked like i spent the weekend drop kicking oompa loompas :) id suggest the blue spa stuff from bath and body works. it doesnt have the really bad maple syrup and cat pee smell that most self tanners do and u actually get TAN....save ur money cuz u could buy like 4 bottles of the bath and body works stuff for the price of 1 mystic tan
go to a tanning bed instead :)





the only salon spray tans I've heard of working are the ones that cost about 90+, and they do it for you. They shade some areas slightly darker, like your abs, etc, to sculpt you into looking good. But unless you want to put down that much money, and most places don't even have that...then I would just get a real tan.
Yes i have had several. They all have been unsuccussful. It gets on your cloths and if you rub it in any way it smears off! They tell you that you can get dressed right away but don't! It will mess us the tan and they have to do it all over again. Just go to a tanning bed, it is easier, and the spray tan doesnt last long at all (two days at the color you desire).
Mystic Tan is the best..all of the other ones i have tried suck! It lasted about a week.
