I think its fine, in most pageants its actually incouraged because the lights wash you out so much.Is 7 to young to get a child a spray tan ?

YES!!!! Even though it does not involve UV Rays, there are chemicals in the spray that can harm them. I don't even think a tanning salon will allow children 12 years or younger (even w/ parent consent) to get a spray tan. Anyway, I'm sure they are beautiful enough without it. Show them that natural beauty is more beautiful than anything in the world!!
