Hi ive just had my belly pierced and i wondered whether im allowed to have a spray tan or cover it up?

i had my belly pierced 2 days ago and am planning to have a spray tan done in a few days but i don't know whether i have to have it covered or not?Hi ive just had my belly pierced and i wondered whether im allowed to have a spray tan or cover it up?
Yes you can get a tan, but cover up the area. I wouldn't recommend you getting one just yet since your piercing is really new, but if you need to get a tan than go right ahead, just make sure you clean the piercing with sea salt soaks right after.Hi ive just had my belly pierced and i wondered whether im allowed to have a spray tan or cover it up?
Any piercing especially within the first six months (varying on what was pierced) I would recommend keeping it well covered to prevent infection. A spray tan may look nice, but an infection is incredibly painful, and often the ring has to be taken out and allowed to close if the infection gets bad enough. Follow the care instructions provided by the service that did the piercing. but two days after is certainly not enough time for it to have healed sufficently
i did it all the time, just try not the get the self tanner directly onto the piercing, work around it. my piercing closed in september because the ring fell out but i just got it re-pierced today and went tanning in a bed with bronzer lotion a few hours later and everything's fine. i've never gotten an infection from my bellybutton piercing. just make sure you wash it in the shower and you'll be fine
U DEFF SHOULDNT GET A SPRAY TAN IF U GOT IT PIERCED A FEW DAYS AGO. BUT IF U REALLY HAVE TO GET THE TAN, MAKE SURE U COVER UP THE PIERCING AS GOOD AS POSSIBLE OR ITS ALMOST GUARANTEED THAT U COULD GET AN INFECTION. THATS WAT HAPPENED TO A FRIEND OF MINE. U DONT WANT AN INFECTION. THEY R REALLY NASTY!!!
spray tans have ingredients including perfumes and toxic chemicals. its best not to get these on your piercing. while, it won't infect it or cause any serious issue it can dry the new piercing and create discomfort.
don't spray it, for one it could burn the bejesus out of you and two you could infect it. just cover it up with a bandaid or something.
Try not to get it on the peircing at all.

It smothers it and doesn't allow it to heal properly.

Also you could get an infection, though its not very likely, it happens.
i def would not risk it.

bellybutton peircings can take up to 6 months to heal, if not more and are prone to everything

if i were you i definitely would not.
no def do not do that. it will get infected. the only thing you should but on ur belly button is the stuff they gave you to clean it off everyday
Call the place where you had it done %26amp; ask.
NO it needs to heal first. you could get a infection. well wear your piercing... while you tan.. ok wait n.m

just no
