Just exfoliate really well so it lasts longer. Don't put lotion on... You don't want any barriers between your skin and the spray tan.What to do before getting a spray tan?
You should probably call the tanning place and ask them, as they will know best.
But generally, it's a good idea to exfoliate and shave. You can put a little bit of lotion on the night before, but not the day of, because you want the tan to stick better.

get a body scrub that has beads in it so it can take off all the dry skin. if you have dead skin on while spray tanning it will look blothy and extremely uneven. then exfoliate so your skin will be more susceptable to the spray tan. good luck.
My best advice for you would be NOT to get a spray tan. There are serious consequences that may result as of getting a spray tan. You know that highers your chances of being diagnosed with cancer!
before getting a spray tan you should reconsider doing it and decide not to.
