How instant is instant spray tan?

I decided to try spray tanning as opposed to the gradual tanning lotion that I normally use. So, I bought Rimmel London sunshimmer. It claims to be an streak free instant tan that washes off with soap and water. I followed the directions and tested it out on my legs, but I was wondering if maybe it takes a while to show up? There doesn't seem to be a difference, but I don't want to apply any more and risk looking orange later.How instant is instant spray tan?
Sometimes it takes hours for the tan to show. Give it time before you apply it anywhere else on your body.How instant is instant spray tan?
instant isn't as fast as you think it is. and drugstore stuff never quite works as good as it claims.
