I get married in september and have a boob tube dress but feel so paranoid about the stretchmarks!I have horrible silver stretchmarks on the tops of my arms, would using a sunbed or spray tan hide them?

no sunbed would enhance them, but spray tan might work a little but wouldn't hide them completely
use bio-oil
because it worked on mine and i had sretch marks everywhereee:@

it will only make them look worse
