I'm under a contract that stipulates no spray tans but I'm desperately in need of some color and don't trust those bottled versions. If someone airbrush tans me would that breach my contract? Is there a difference between a spray tan and an airbrush tan?
Some ';spray tans'; are sunless- they spray on clear and the color will develop in a few hours. (Color will develop and gradually fade in a week)
All ';airbrush tans'; are STILL spray-ons, but just deliver immediate color- like a spray-on foundation. It will wash off in the shower.
I guess all this would depend on what you do and why you are not allowed to spray tan. Are you a model or something? Are you allowed to tan in a bed or in the sun regularly? Is someone afraid you'll turn orange if you spray tan? I'd say the airbrush that delivers immediate color would be best. It will do its job and give you a temporary color and just wash off- no long term effects. Don't get caught if you're bound by a contract though- it's STILL a spray tan.

Look airbrush is a spray. So just do a stand up tanning bed or something. I love the stand ups, not for the tan but just the boost of energy it gives me for some reason. I do it rarely but it sure feels good once in a while
