What are the best ways to prepare for an at home spray tan?

How long before the spray tan is applied should i have a shower and shave/exfoliate??


if i do the tan in the arvo, the next morning is it okay to have a show and shave my legs? then should i put moisturiser on after the shower?

Exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate. Especially elbows and knees, and also ankles. Then moisturize everywhere and especially elbows, knees and ankles. I do it at night because I don't like the smell. In the morning, check for any dark or funky areas and scrub them in the shower and shave. Then apply lotion.
