How can you make a spray tan last?

I just had a spray tan and it looks good, but how do you make it last and how can you stop it from going patchy as it wears off?How can you make a spray tan last?
Contrary to what someone else suggested for a healthy spray on tan, I suggets some contradiction and it always makes the spray tans I give last longer.

1. Before you go in to get your spray on, or whatever method you use... Exfoliate your skin REALLY well, not just lightly but give it a good scrub and get rid of the dead skin.

2. Now the contradiction. Moisturized skin will not grab ahold of the spray particles very well. Do not moisturize your skin before you get your spray.

3. Wait 10 - 15 minutes for it to dry before you put clothes on and 12 - 24 hours before you shower and wear loose fitting clothing.

4. Use a really good moisturizer. If you're on a budget, I'd suggest you go to the local drugstore and pick up one of the vaseline products.

Now, if you were to use a bronzer product, the spray tan would eventually get uneven. Spray tans aren't meant to last more than 7 - 10 days, so never expect that they will. Another method i suggest to my customers for their spray tan to last longer is to tan in an entry level bed for the time that the operator suggests. This will open up your pores, dry your skin out just a little bit but will allow the spray tan product to be better absorbed by the skin. I hope this helps and good luck with your spray tan!How can you make a spray tan last?
Before you have a spray tan, exfoliate your skin first and then use a good moisturizer. Make sure your skin is well hydrated (drink water) and moisturized about 3 hours before you go in for the procedure. Also, make sure you wear loose-fitting clothing to prevent fresh tan from becoming uneven when it's first applied.
just keep having it topped up! moisturiser may help, perhaps the one with the bronzer in it!!!
you cant do anything about it
