You can but should use a stand up booth to avoid streaking. Also, do not go in for long because heat can cause sweating... resulting in streaking.





It is not best to tan before a spray tan. If you tan in a bed you need to use lotion and this can put a barrier between your skin and the spray tan. only if you want to die of sun cancer. tanning beds are so bad for you in the first place.
its better to tan in a tanning bed first and then get sprayed.





but u should probably wait until after you shower if u already did the spray to tan in a bed. which i think you have to wait a day?
