What age is appropriate to get highlights or spray tan?

If a 13 year old wants to get highlights or a spray tan, should she be able to? my mom wont let me get them, she says im too young and pretty just the way i am, and dont need to worry so much about my looks. I want to ask to get highlights and spray tan for christmas, and im hoping by then she will give in....but do you think im too young?What age is appropriate to get highlights or spray tan?

Your too young.. but the highlights aren't bad.. tans at your age are too skanky. I think you are too young for the spray tan. I didn't even tan till i was 17, and i didn't even color my hair till i was 16. thats because i have a lot of self respect and i dont care what people think of me and i was one of the most popular people in school

I got highlights at the age of 14 and I really like them.


I have had them done twice this year, and they haven't damaged my hair.


Tbh, i dont like spray tans they look toooo false.


Especially as its winter everyones pale anyway.


I wouldnt recommend spray tans as when my friends have had them done they looked ridiculous!!


But its personal preference, i'd go for the highlights tho :)
Yeah,i think you're too young for that.You can get some coloring spray for christmas if you want to look different,like something that will wash out fast and i think your mom won't say no to that.
i think highlights are very appropriate but a spray tan, probably not for a 13 year old. your probably dont need it anyway. personally i think spray tans look kind of gross. get a sun tan if you want a real tan.
well i got highlights at 14 (the beginning of this past summer) so not really but a spray tan..u mite be to young for that (and to be honest there not that good looking anyways) n besidess u said its fro xmas if u live up north no one will be tan then lol
I got my 1st highlights when i was 12 or 13...go for it. def. do the spray tan or buy the jergens sunless tanning lotion from the store. dont go in the tanning beds!!!
iI think 13 is a good age for highlights, but i woudl get a spray tan O.o not good for you.
