What is the complete process of a spray tan? And do they work well?

I am thinking about getting a spray tan with my friend at the beginning of the summer. I am wondering what you do before, during and after a spray tan. Also, does it work well? And how long does it stay?What is the complete process of a spray tan? And do they work well?
go to your local tanning booth and ask for a spray tan. they will bring you to a booth, and there are two small rooms, the prepping and the spraying. before going in, apply a small amount of cream to your knees and elbows so the drier areas of skn dont soak up more than the rest of you. If it is your first time, you usually watch a short movie about what to do inside. I suggest sticking cotton balls up your nose so you can breathe while being sprayed. The spray goes for about 6 seconds. then you have to rub it in very well. Wash your hands so they dont turn orange. dont shower for 5 hours after the tan so it doesnt come off. i like spray tans, i think they work well. they last for about 10 days..What is the complete process of a spray tan? hair spray i heard is good my friend told me so and she goes tanning a lot
DONT USE SPRAY TAN!!! cause u always miss a spot and it looks horible.
im not sure about any of those details but it works so much better than lotion because that stuff turns pale ppl orange and tanning beds cause cancer
